  • Large Machining:

    • Vertical Turning:

      • Up to 246” diameter and 184” height on our Farrel CNC Vertical Boring Mill

      • Up to 84” diameter on our Webster Bennet VTL

    • Horizontal Milling:

      • Toshiba CNC traveling column Horizontal Boring Mill (HBM) with 168” of vertical travel and 360” of horizontal travel

        • This machine has a 10’ diameter rotary table, and W axis with in-feeding, 50 ton capacity.

      • G&L table top CNC HBM (X-120” Y-84” Z-36” W-54”)

 

  • Dynamic Balancing

    • Large Schenk Hard Roll Balancer

      • Up to 198” diameter and 100,000# capacity

    • Small Schenk Hard Roll Balancer

  • Heavy Fabrication:

    • 6 bridge cranes from 10 ton up to 70 ton capacity and 33’ under hook

    • Modelled after the requirements of ISO 9001:2015

      • Note: Our QMS System meets the ISO requirements but we do not currently maintain a certification through a third party registrar

    • All welding performed by AWS certified welders

    • All welders certified to AWS D1.1 as well as AWS D14.6 (rotating machinery)

 

  • ASNT-TC-1A certified Non-Destructive Testing Technician

    • Magnetic Particle Inspection (MT)

      • Both Wet & Dry MT

    • Dye Penetrant Inspection (PT)
